Mesuro MB20/MB150

The system allows for all standard measurements such as S-parameters, AM/AM, AM/PM and introduces the unique capabilities of waveform engineering.

With power handling capabilities up to 20W (MB20) and 150W (MB150) with a frequency range of 0.8-18GHz it is suitable for the mobile handset and lower power base station market. Additional options can extend the frequency range to baseband yielding an overall bandwidth of 100kHz to 18GHz.

The test system is fully automated and driven from the Mesuro analysis software.

UHF

This system offers frequency ranges upto 4GHz with the option of either 20W or 150W CW configurations and includes all the capabilities and measurements of the MB20 & MB150 systems.

High Frequency

This system offers configurations with frequency capabilities to 67GHz with power handling capabilities to 20W CW. It is generally supplied in on wafer configurations, but can also be offered in a connectorised format

On-Wafer

The on-wafer configuration can be applied and used with any of the standard system configurations. The bias tee networks are mounted as close to the probes as possible reducing loses and minimising device oscillation.
